today... before the show.. i had a low sugar knock out == i am having my pms, and then i forgot to eat more sugar cause i got low blood... so.. before the show.. i starting to feel dizzy ==

then.. i hold on and perform Mr.Ting.. but who knows right after Mr.Teng.. i nearly collapse and all my classmate manage to get me back into position..

ty everyone~ ty ty ty.. without you all.. i don know how i survive today~

1. Melissa~ she get me a can of coke in the middle of the show...
2. Soni~ she look for chocolate for me everywhere..
3. Grace~ get me stay on and make sure i am alrite..
4. Charlene~ get me change in time and make sure i am fine..
5. Oliva~ contact Melissa to get me coke...
6. Howard~ manage to bring the coke for me..
7. Baloo~ sacrifice his chocolate for me...
8. Roger~ he catch me and hold on to me when i about to knock out...

first show chocolate...

lol.. yesterday.. except receiving a bunch of flower from richard... there is one more gift from my lecturer.. Melissa (a.k.a production manager).. lol...

so.. this is the chocolate tat she gave everyone of us before the show open.. on our dressing table...

behind the card had everyone's name on it ^^

Ta Da~ this is wat she gave us.. she wan to make sure we are suger high and hyper and ready for the show (≥▽≤)

hehe~ not bad huh? to receive so many things on the opening nite~ and the show is good too... i am sure you will regret tat you miss the show =P

first show~

yesterday.. Atomic Jaya's first show is over~!! yes yes!! 4 more to go... weee.. yesterday show is good.. i love it~! i feel like.. fuh~!! over de...

Richard came to the show.. he told me tat.. opening night is a nite tat cannot be miss.. so~ he came.. with a big bunch of roses... pink roses... lol~ ty ty ^^


so~ Atomic Jaya got 4 more shows to go~ if u are interested.. must come and catch it~ everyone said is good~!!! hear it?? "GOOD" they said =P hehe

remember my long nailz tat i use to paint? == today... i need to cut it due to the Atomic Jaya performance... cry~ so.. let you have a look again at my long nailz~

plastic bottle awareness

Did you ever drink from a plastic bottle and see a triangle symbol on thebottom with a number inside? Do you know what the number stands for? Did you guess that it's just for recycling?

Then you are WRONG !!!!!! THE NUMBER TELLS YOU THE CHEMICAL MAKE UP OF THE PLASTIC.....

1) Polyethylene terephalate (PET)
2) High density polyethylene (HDPE)
3) Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) or Plasticised polyvinylchloride (PPVC)
4) Low density polyethylene LDPE
5) Polypropylene (PP)
6) Polystyrene (PS) or Expandable polystyrene (EPS)
7) Other, including nylon and acrylic

What you aren't told is that many of the plastics used are toxic and the chemicals used to create a plastic can leach out of the plastic and into the food/drink.

Think about it, how many times have you or a friend said "I don't like this, it taste like the plastic bottle ..... "THAT'S BECAUSE YOU ARE TASTING THE PLASTIC

The WORST ONES are Nos: 3, 6, and 7 !!! (DO NOT USE THESE NUMBERS if stated at the bottom of the bottle!!!) Check out this chart that breaks down the plastic, its uses and chemical make up.. i find it scray now ==

ATOMIC JAYA~ starting tomorrow~!!

lol.. atomic jaya is starting with preview today and the show starts tomorrow!!!!

i'm nervous and excited!! so... ppl~ if you are interested to watch how my classmate and i perform~ pls come and watch the show ^^ enjoy~!!!

building mum's birthday present ^^

ok.. this is want i bought for my mum for her b'day present... a kitchen trolley~ ^^ i bought if from Ikea.. so as you know... ikea furniture, you need to build it up yourself == so~ i decided to build it up for her..

so... this is the menu book... and how is the kitchen trolley suppose to look like~

and this is wat you need to build it~ hammer, screwdriver~ etc etc...

screws and others screws? LOL.. just all type of screws tat they provide la~ LOL ==

then the wheel... so tat it can move~ =P

ok~ let's look at the instruction booklet~ follow it step by step~

ok.. 1. screw the metal at the board~

2. screw it all up together like this...

3. then screw it on a bigger piece of board~

4. then i looks like this~

5. then screw in the longer type of screw into the trolley legs~

6. then screw the long nat and screw together at the top of the trolley legs~

7. then screw the table top and the leg together~

8. add in the middle rack pieces and screw it together with the trollwy leg~

9. so when everything is screw together... is time to screw the wheels at the shorter legs of the trolley~

10. after screwing it on the trolley's legs~

11. turn it around~ TA DA~!! this is wat you got... a KITCHEN TROLLEY~!!

so.. this is my mum's lovely present tat she wanted for since 3 months ago.. now i got it for her~ ^^ hehe.. hopes she loves it ^^ weee~!!! ♥

visitor to the play~ LOL

on 6 Oct.. during tech rehearsal for Atomic Jaya... we had a visitor at the back stage while the run is going on~

and know wat?? Grace spotted it first~ and it was beside ME~~!!!!


one thing i had to say about this is tat~ i HATE worms~!! ewwwww.... keep me out of it!!

my world~

when i start to think tat.. eyes is very important for a person... like the chinese use to say... eyes is the window of your soul.. and i think.. it really is the window of my soul...

when i start to think tat my world is not so colourful and interesting.. the sky let me see the beauty of the world and wat can it do~

the golden sunset paint the condo behind my college into another colour~

and on my way home.. the cloud create a shape of heart...

is like telling everyone tat... every the sky.. it also a life.. a living creature.. they have a heart tat can move and change from nite to day.. sun to rainy to cloudy...


hehe.. now i start to think.. life can be beautiful... it depands how u see it ^^

AJ Bump-in on Saturday~

for Atomic Jaya bump-in.. it happens on Saturday... so.. everyone have their own job...

then the girls busy sewing the curtain... so tat it is long enough to cover the side...


then for Grace and i... our job it to set up the yellow room.. and turn it into a make up and dressing room... so.. this is what happen.. lol...

we set up a hanging place to put everyone's costume...

then name the chair.. now i got my own chair ^^

then own basket and table ^^

a share mirror and shoes rack with Grace...

ok.. this is my make-up place.. table, chair.. etc.. LOL.. my own little corner ^^ i love it~
